- All orders ship from our studio in Hangzhou, China
- Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
- Customs fees may apply for international orders (buyer's responsibility)
## Order Processing
Orders placed before 2 PM CST (China Standard Time) on business days begin processing same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
## Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed delivered by the carrier. For damaged packages, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
