Processing Time
Every piece is carefully inspected and packaged before shipping. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Track Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Use it on our Order Status page to follow your delivery in real time. All orders include end-to-end tracking.
Package Protection
Every piece of jewelry is carefully wrapped in protective packaging to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. In the rare event your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right.
