Labour Rights
No child labour, no forced labour, no discrimination. Working hours and wages meet local laws and industry standards, and workers are free to organise and to leave.

Health & Safety
Workplaces must be safe and clean, with proper equipment, ventilation, and training for anyone handling metals, chemicals, or machinery.

Environment
Waste — especially metals and chemicals — must be handled and disposed of responsibly. Partners are expected to reduce, reuse, and recycle wherever possible.

Ethics & Reporting
No bribery, no corruption, and honest records. Any partner may raise concerns confidentially, and we will investigate every report without retaliation.
